why dont men make a big deal if women BRAG about having sex with him?

are men different when it comes to matters of sex?
are men likely to take these things trivial?

most college men wont care if the woman they had a one night stand with brags about it to the whole college. the guy would only feel more proud of it.

I'm not sure that this is the case. In college I suppose I didn't care, but now that I'm older, I would really take offense to a girl who discusses our very private matters.
