Why did a South Carolina guy get 3 years in prison for having sex with a horse?

Why is that worth 3 years?

It's a victimless crime.

and don't tell me "animals can't give consent".............

lack of resistance = consent.

and how is it even possible to do that without the horse kicking him?
The fact that the horse didn't kick the guy with his back legs demonstrates that the horse gave consent.
